Settlements happend in 93. Pocket change for MJ at the time. The financial problems/sales of memorabilia happened long after that, following a tsunami of frivolous lawsuits, and following his conflict with SONY/Motolla. Invincible sold 9 million copies, not as many as Thriller, but still far more that his peers sold then and now. Invincible was just named Billboard's Album of the Decade. Debt is paid. Catalogue secured. His children will be well cared for, as will the millions who benefit from the 20% of his estate earnings that will continue to go to numerous charities. Even in death he does more for children that most. Can't keep a good man down.

When your only tool is a hammer, it's certain that everything will look like a nail. The truth doesn't have to "make you sick", it can set you free. Nonsense is calling others names rather than sticking to the facts relevant to the discussion.
I'm not following you around, and have reported your threatening comment to the moderator of this site. How are you tracking me? Do you have access to people's personal information? Comments like you made could discourage people from participating.

I won't leave your comments alone. You freely (I assume) chose to participate in a public venue and can remove yourself at any time. You are not a victim. Unsubscribe from the thread. Who's the "moronic idiot" with a victim complex?

LOL. You're as deluded about the effect your "playing with me" might have, as you are about MJ "playing games with children". Your juvenile rants are quiet boring actually and wouldn't justify a response except that they're posted on a public forum.
The average pedo doesn't have/play with toys. They are the school teacher, the priest, the uncle, the next-door neighbor, the soccer coach... who appear perfectly "normal"- their cover.
I realize it might be a stretch to push your mind beyond your biased opinion, but can you image any other reason a person might have an alarm in the hall to their bedroom. Say, you're the most recongnised celebrity in the world who has received numerous death threats... Many ordinary citizens have the same motion detectors in their hallways. It's called security. Funny that alarm didn't go off when the maid alleged to have entered the bathroom and saw MJ "in the shower with a boy". Inconsistencies, lack of evidence, Justice prevailed.
He settled two extortion scams and no one "left the country" under threat. How utterly ridiculous.

Yes, the insurance company paid against MJs wishes- you apparently have not seen that court document or are conveniently disregarding it. Your biased rants don't hold up to facts. Ray Chander (the uncle) while defending his brother Evan, stated that they went for a large monetary settlement rather than a conviction, to send a strong message. ROFLMAO $20 million was pocket change for MJ at the time. What kind of message is sent when the alleged perp pays out pocket change rather than going to prison? Hanzo, you appear desperate to defend your uneducated, biased opinion based on specualtion and healines you've scanned. Dig deeper for the truth. You'be been dupped by Medialoid.
LOL- MJs attorney were "slippery snake-oil sakesman liars"??? Check the people involved on Chandler's side.
You could "go on and on with damning evidence". That's laughable, because all I've seen you add to the discussion is speculation, which is NOT fact, and biased opinion. "Allegations" of MJ giving alcohol to a minor, a minor who was an admitted liar.
BTW, why are you allowed these long rants while others posts are limited in size?

NEWSFLASH. Settlements do not prevent 'victims' from bringing or testifying in civil actions. Two, ill-advised, settlements did nothing to "prevent further lawsuits or further damages". One Extortion leads to future extortion attempts. MJ was opposed to a settlement in the Chandler case and wanted to go to trial (check the court docs), the decision was made by his insurance company. In fact, the alleged victim did not want to testify, and according to his attorney, wanted to settle and move on with his life. Imagine that. The Chandlers were never seeking "justice", the leeches were clearly after money. MJ was the target of over 1000 frivolous and ridiculous lawsuits in the past 2 decades- not related to children or allegations of inappropriate behavior. If all those cases went to trial, he would've spend all his time in depos and defending his reputation and money, rather than creating and performing- earning a living.

The DA 5 "victim" witnesses. Culkin- MJ was innocent. Robson- MJ was innocent. Chandler- fled the country to avoid testifying, and refused to testify in 93. Francia- Laughable- overly dramatic testimony and inconsistencies, had sold the story to Hard Copy. Arvizo- proven not to be a credible witness due to inconsistencies in his and his family's testimony.
Ten years, scouring the planet for victims, and this was the best the DA could do? The judge even allowed 1108 evidence. Common sense should tell you MJ was innocent and logical deduction would confirm it, if you'd take the time to educate yourself on the facts.

Check it. The DA had a website inviting 'victims' to come forward for a decade; traveled all over the country and to other countries looking for victims; spoke to every kid/parent in MJs roladex; subjected MJ to an unprcedented investigation (far exceeding even the highest profile murder case); spent millions of taxpayer's money chasing his tail in a fit of revenge; tampered with evidence; begged the mother of the 2nd accuser not to bail following the grand jury proceeding; and still couldn't come up with anything that would bring even one conviction.

LOL, Miko, the armchair shrink has spoken.
Hard to sleep when you have 2000 watts of heavenly inspiration bombarding your brain. MJ was told this procedure was safe to use when all other treatment for dibilitating insomnia failed. And, it would've been had the doctor monitored him closely. MJ only resorted to propofol when work demands required it.
If anything other than divine creative inspiration kept him up at night it was the hopelessness he felt about his fellow human beings, those who would viciously attack others for personal gain. Those who would malign and misrepresent his caring for children, twisting it into some perverted image to suit their purposes, to destroy his reputation. As an advocate for children, he set the bar so high it may never be surpassed. Sorry to dash your perverted dillusions, but pedos don't set up foundations for children; don't donate to 40+ chariites; don't 'randomly' molest; don't flaunt their victims in public; don't perform 100+ nights of grueling concerts and donate all proceeds to charity; don't leave 20% of their estate to those charities.

Absolutely. The Chandler's forced their son on MJ. Gave him their home number and told him to call anytime. Befriended him and invited him to stay in their homes. Evan asked MJ to build him a larger house so MJ would have his own wing. Jordan was used by his money-grubbing father, who later maced, choked, and hit him in the head with a 12# dumbbell during an arguement over $$$. The prosecutors in this case were pushing for a law that would FORCE Jordan to testify. Defense attorney Mesereau had several of Jordan's friends lined up to testify that he'd told them his parents made him lie- hence his refusal to testify.
The Arvizos were just a pathetic joke. No way in hades did MJ act inappropriately with that boy 3 times, AFTER an unprecedented investigation by CPS and LE, AFTER the Bashir fraudumentary, and while still under intense public scrutiny. Had MJ been convicted on even one charge, you can bet a civil suit would've follow, for their big payday.
In fact, the only person in these boys lives who cared about them was MJ, and for that, he was persecuted and crucified.
