I'm not happy about this. I see two things will happen: stores will become very crowded (good luck finding a seat!), and Starbucks/AT&T WiFi will become *very* slow because of the unlimited use.

Lessons learned from the Cyanogen cease-and-desist fallout: that if your phone did not come with Google Maps Navigation already (or is not otherwise available to it), you don't have a license to you use it. It's not open-source software and not redistributable—you're pirating this software if you're using it without a license.

There's a major problem here not mentioned, and is something you'd only notice with use.

The problem is clear by simply looking at the photo of the battery---it sticks out of the phone very far (hence the need for the new battery cover). With the new cover, there is now space underneath the cover on the top and bottom of the phone (below and above the battery), space that has no structural support. If you keep the phone in your pocket and subject the back cover to a lot of stress (e.g. sitting down with the phone in your pocket), the cover will crack in these locations. Be wary.
