Why, you ask? In my opinion it was Steve Jobs.

Mr. Jobs is the (or was the) largest share holder of Disney. He lent his home to Pres. Clinton for vacation and Al Gore is on the Board of Apple. There were reports that he also offered to create ads for Obama.

As was pointed out Disney was also the parent company of ABC, while Jobs was the major shareholder, which is why I believe he is the reason "The Path to 9/11" was edited to show Clinton in a better light and why it never came out on DVD.
