Have you done any investigation on whether or not this violates either the Non-Profit status and/or the Law Congress Passed establishing, running, and operation of the NEA? As I seem to remember, every Democrat out there screamed to holy heck when they thought Bush was trying to change the NEA from Liberal to Unbiased and threatened lawsuits challanging the Presidents authority to "Influence" the NEA itself..

Perhaps you can take all your research and send it to the US Attorney's office or to a Private Lawyer who will file a lawsuit Pro-Bono to stop an out of control Executive Branch from ignoring the laws and Constitutional Restraints of the USA.
