So Jeff, are you telling me that there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to shut off gas to older homes WITHOUT getting inside? Unless you dig up the line and cap it, there is NO WAY to shut it off? So from now until the end of time, unless some one goes inside that house, gas will be supplied? Is that what you are telling me? I wanna know who is gunna be the brave soul to dig up the line, cut it, and cap the active line to the house. Because you are telling me, there is NO OTHER way to stop gas from being supplied.

You're right Griz. Walk up to one of the soldiers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and ask them about the weather. My guess is you'll get no response. Then go ask a prisoner about the weather and you'll probably get a few 4-letter words in the response. Then reconsider your Freedom of Speech question.
