NO ILLEGAL ALIEN will ever be deported if this guy gets his way. They complain that the courts are "clogged" but that's because DHS is choosing not to enforce our borders in the first place!

This is all part of an agenda to eradicate our sovereignty and immigration laws. Our laws now mean nothing. This is anarchy.

There's not need to amend the constitution -- it doesn't guarantee citizenship rights for people not "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. When you read your history, it becomes quite clear that illegal aliens -- even legal temporary aliens -- are not protected by the 14th Amendment.

A simple legal clarification is all that is needed according to jurists like Judge Richard Posner.
