Stop the fear mongering and hate. Of all the countries in the world with universal health care, name one that hasn't abolished it in favor of our own? If our is so great, why do we rank #37 in the delivery of health care, why aren't we #1, and you think its the best system in the world? In case you're not aware, death panels already exist when private for profit insurance carriers deny you coverage, deny pre-existing conditions.

If you don't like medicare which by the way IS socialized medicine, don't use it. Buy private insurance and let them gouge you and provide less coverage or cancel coverage altogether because you can't afford to buy it. Our government already has other socialized programs that work very well such as the military, police, fire, public schools, libraries, FAA, FDA, FCC, Social Security. How about abolishing those too and let private companies fund and support them? Now that's real conservative fiscal responsibility that you would welcome I"m sure.
