The 14th amendment has NOTHING to do with the Constitutional requirements for POTUS, thus for VP as the duties of VP is to become POTUS in a an emergency. Something that has happened numerous times in our history.
I realize that Conservatives are looking for a good candidate, and Rubio is one, but to add another brown stripe to the Constitution for your own agenda is as bad as Obama.
And if things go right, the trial in GA last week will finally put to bed the Rubio/Jindal fantasy.
