A tragedy indeed! Why do I suspect the root cause of this incident may be associated with texting or the use of a smartphone while operating the train? Answer: because I see so many people on the road that are either talking on a cellphone, eating food, texting, twittering, putting make-up on or engaging in some other distracting activity.
