If what you say is valid one has to wonder then, how the hell a commie got himself elected. I am a vet (Vietnam)and I quit voting years ago (the one exception being I voted for RP in this last go around). The fact of the matter is that no one else, once sworn in, gives a crap about that oath to protect and defend the constitution from enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Oath breakers deserve nothing but contempt; in another era they were summarily hunted down and dispatched.
Because of the nature of the state I have little faith that an independent party, if successful, would not fall to the same corruption. The government is simply too big & virulent to control--it's an ugly monster feeding off our property. I think America has seen its better days and is fated to the rank of tyranny.

Those in government must take an oath to protect and defend THE CONSTITUTION. They do not swear to protect the state.
If they ignore or violate their oath, for example by attacking our rights or firing upon us law abiding Americans, then they place themselves in jeopardy and deserve no quarter.
