Thanks Dave - Yes, I am definitely not a public speaking kind of person, but the funny thing is that those who work with me, look at me in shock if I say that to them. lol

Interestingly, I once spoke to somebody who does public speaking in front of thousands, and she said she was 'not a public speaker' and that each time she is required to speak in front of these thousands, she actually becomes physically ill before she goes on.

So, I remember that thought, and know I'm not alone in that aspect, but it can be done! :)

Dawn, as far as my job, I must confess, I am your typical 'jack of all trades, but master of none'. It is the people who are around me that are the true success story.

It IS a beautiful thing to be the recipient of such kindness. They were such unexpected, but beautiful gestures - ones that I will never forget. And I absolutely agree about the ripples in the pond, kindness is one of those things that ripples into a beautiful sea and enriches the lives of many.

But you, my friend, are a never ending skipping stone - creating ripples of kindness and light (sparkles) wherever you go. :)
