Thanks for your comments. We have since this post went into a diagnostic mode on the ministry allowing God to rework some things in the ministry. We are pumped about it and are looking forward to moving with God as He takes us to awesome places.

There has definitely been prayer in regards to this. I would not have done anything close to this without prayer and wisdom from those around me.
