How does it compare to being a Christian in China? (Or a Christian in Muslim nation? Or a Gay in a Muslim nation?)

Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount:
21"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' 22But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell.

Obviously, these Democrats are constructing a theocracy in which the only real sin is being conservative.

Anyone else out there who watched the Karloff classics first on Creature Features with Bob Wilkens?

Here's the intro to the show from YouTube:

I'd like to throw in two other films at opposite ends of Karloff's career:

Howard Hawks' gangster classic "Scarface" (1932) as a rival to Paul Muni

Peter Bogdanovitch's "Targets" (1968) as an aging horror film star

oh, and one more, "Abbott and Costello Meet the Killer, Boris Karloff"

No offense to the great Raymond Massey, but it is one of the misfortunes of film history that he, rather than Karloff, played Jonathan in the Frank Capra version of "A & OL".

Some of Abbott and Costello's moster films were made in the 50's as were some of Vincent Price's classic like "The Fly". But "A & C Meet Frankenstein" is from 1948 and the famed Universal Monster Movies are from the early 30's through the 40's. And they did scare people when they came out. They are still quite fun for their unique atmosphere.

Hear, Hear! I do hate this song. It nearly ruined the movie "The Killing Fields" that showed communist retraining camps preaching against religion and property rights to cut to a song that was preaching the very same sermon. Sadly, the film makers were not being ironic.

No need to watch the show when you can see the highlights on Youtube:

A string of lame Horatio Caine one liners.
Too bad the song dubbed by National Review as the Most Conservative Rock Song in history needed to be involved in this mess.

I believe the Nanster is also calling it the "competitive option".

I don't care, "CSI: Miami" is still the funniest comedy on TV (at least CBS).
