I'm talking movies in general where in the last ten years or so women throw men around that are twice their size. It's silly and way too PC for my reality. We've had a mass brain washing about what what male and females do. Let me give an example. A few years back Michael Jordan did a basketball commercial with a WNBA player. I had a woman actually wonder out loud who would win if they went one on one. When I pointed out it was ridiculous, she became upset. I knew she was thinking I was a sexist pig. Never mind the reality that this WNBA player would have trouble against a good male high school basketball player.

Grew up on Archie Comics and then bought them for my kids. They are no longer welcome in my house. What a bunch of incredibly shallow and bankrupt people. Love James Garner. He may be a bit on the left but he doesn't talk much about it. Don't you wish actors these days had his class? I absolutely loved Survivor when it first came on. Even sent in a few audition tapes. The thought of people from all over the country with different backgrounds and ages battling the elements and outwitting each other for a million dollars was a great concept. But it quickly morphed into a show where 95% of the contestants were not really from around the U.S, but 20 something models and actors from L.A. who never sent in a tape until they were contacted by those running the show. Haven’t watched it since then.

I have the series set for recording. With that said, the review doesn't leave me feeling too optimistic. I rarely watch television anymore and go to a couple movies a year and it looks like this is becoming a national trend. Both TV and films have become a wasteland of political correctness, history revisionism, and juvenile and base humor. I thought this series looked like it might have a shot at giving us something like a Lonesome Dove. I guess we’ll know soon.

Me too. I even emailed the trailer to the youth leader at our church, I thought it'd be a great film for teens to see. But then it seemed to disappear. I think the trailer hit Youtube around 2009.

You make some good points. Like many other moviegoers, I’ve noticed that the “pizza stinks” and have stopped buying it. There was an article this week that showed conservatives have stopped attending films with liberal messages or stars. Like you, I attended “An American Carol” not only to be entertained but to support conservative films. With that said, promoters need to do a better job at getting their films into theaters and alerting the public. I waited and waited for “What if…” with Kevin Sorbo to come to a theater in my area and as far as I know it never did. I saw a preview for “The Last Eagle Scout” a couple years back. Told a lot of people about it. Last I heard it was supposed to open in September and it never did. I think conservative filmmakers need to do a better job of promoting and distributing their films if they want to gain a larger audience.

I thought Leno’s questions were fair, there was no “Gotcha!” mentality here. Bachman’s fear appears to be the use of governmental power to mandate a vaccine on every girl, including those who have no intention to be sexually active. It also seems like she has worries that a particular drug company is benefitting from the mandate. Not unreasonable concerns. But one must ask, where was/is Jay and the mainstream media’s curiosity on an issue like global warming? Why haven’t they asked politicians penetrating questions on the science and facts on that issue? The consequence of green laws could conceivably destroy our economy in order to “save the earth.” Isn’t that just a little bit more important than this?
