So the "Self Admitted Pedophile" Ted Nugent will play the Van Andel? Guess he has to ride the coat tails of the RESPECTED groups in order to get a gig.. I say, bring REO and STYX but LEAVE the SPOS Nugent out of it..

So how do they know the driver changed lanes too quickly? How about he got cut off and the vehicle that actually caused the accident left the scene. Or maybe the driver was driving too fast for conditions. And lost control? In which case would be the drivers fault.

It's interesting you all want to pick and choose from the content of the Declaration like a smorgasboard for the parts that you feel appeal to your particular beliefs. Read the whole document start to finish, take in what was said and for what reasons. Seems we are still represented by people we vote into those positions., through three forms of Government, Not a dictator, not a King, Not a tyranny, if you don't like the way things are going support someone who you think would do a better job. Our government is still for and by the people through election of representatives. Don't like it call your congressman or senator. But stop belly-aching about a particular branch. One thing is still available to you, you can always go to another country to live, but there will be laws there too..

Well even though it was an attempt, a failed one at that, and until this morning it was downplayed by the media, the president mentioned it in his address to the residents during his Gulf of Mexico appearance where he commended the NYPD, NYFD and the diligence of Citizens for keeping vigilance for the safety of our nation..

How do you figure it took 12 days to respond to the Gulf Oil (as you put it) (issue) might I remind you 4 disasters in less than a week so far. And just for your information, BP told everyone it was "undercontrol" and not to worry. OH and BTW they (BP) are now trying to get the residents of the Gulf Coast communities to sign wavers to NOT hold them (BP) accountable for $5,000.00 ya thats right... Five Thousand Dollars and no cents....And one more thing.. Remember Haliburton Dick Chaneys involvement in that company, Well they were the management firm on the platform..

So the felony was for carrying a switchblade.. wow that is sure something to have in the felony category. Another problem with our court / justice system, petty crimes which carry such harsh penalties.

I commend the dad for stepping up to the plate, apparently the CPS investigated and approved this. The court system worked for the benefit of the child.

I'm not sure I agree with your "flaming liberals" comment.

However I do whole-heartedly agree with your statements about the superintendent of the GRPS. Just like all the other upper-management government officials and those in public service are self-serving, money grabbers and have no intention of putting the responsibility of the job forefront or the education of the students foremost! I spent my school years in the GRPS when the education and survival of the district was paramount, not how much the superintendent could put in his/her pocket with a salary.
