Who is the better choice to receive a organ transplant? Would it be a 27 year old in otherwise reasonable health or an 67 year old in poor and failing health? Their are many other moral questions, I have heard of people choosing against a final push to cure their cancer, in order to live their last days happy and home, and I have watched people take every radiation and chemo and die an emancipated bag of bones on morphine for the pain. It is a personal choice. I have chosen and have a living will and advance directives as to my care if I am not coming back or to damaged to function. I can always change my mind as long as I have one. It needs to be discussed and understood before you are lying in intensive care.

I do not disagree with you, I have been very concerned about the future since I realized the he would most likely win the election, when he did most hope was lost. He and his like minded socialist principled allies in congress have pushed far and fast for their agenda, this being the first stumble that is being brought by voter pressure. If he could have turned the heat up any more to pass a quick health care bill chock full of government control of our health and our very life he would have. Everyone needs to voice concerns to their congress people during the break and remind them that 2010 is coming. Well that brings up another issue besides fixing broke bones and life long treatments and care for head injuries etc. The issue is is it fair that the participants of risky Hobbies, unlike an occupation that exists to earn a profit, no pay the expenses of the search and rescue put out by the park services and coast guard? I mean if you fall mountain or get lost hiking, what about a personal bond or insurance? I think it makes it fair to all, to pay you own way.
Property rights are with the mall, I would not force the owners to allow any tenant in or put one out. Free Speech is not the question, sex and racism, are not either, look around the rest of the mall and I am sure you will find ethnic shops, and sex exploiting displays.
