Ahhh - Shamil, you caught me. I haven't had time to do this yet. Laughing, when I do, I will certainly link to it here. If anyone wants to take the challenge, I'll be happy to post their results here.

Well it appears that the font sizes were not set up correctly. I've made some quick changes that inevitably have messed up some other things. Mike, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. We might not have known otherwise. Thanks!!

Thanks for the comment.

@Mike, the font size is not "supposed" to be very small at all. In fact, our goal was to increase the size. Could you tell me a little about your browser and local settings so I can figure out, which of our settings are hurting your configurations?

Thanks Oliver!! I'll take a look at lookeen.

I'm not sure what you mean though re:clearcontext. For me, it is just on Add-on to outlook and operates in a toolbar within outlook.

Thanks for the tip on lookeen!

One of the issues we deal with all the time with our customers is the fact that many people make decisions/evaluation intuitively rather than based on quantitative analysis.

So what is the implication of that:

Well one, it is an opportunity for companies/individuals to improve their performance. It also is something that people who build data analysis systems need to take into account.

People do not like when their assumptions are proven incorrect. Sometimes this work feels like selling pain.

Thanks for your thoughtful comment, Jake.

Ben, thanks for the comment. I don't see it as negative at all.

I myself have mixed feelings about xobni. I have installed it and uninstalled it multiple times.

What it is really good at is helping you see really quickly how/when you have communicated with an individual. A lot of my job is to stay in touch with people.

I find ClearContext for Outlook to do the job better.

Thanks for the thought provoking comment!!
