Message: My name is Stan Kain. I did all the booking for La Cave 1962 - 1968. La Cave closed in 1969. There was no La Cave in the 70s. Thanks Stan. I must attended La Cave in 1968 and 1969. Great job of book BTW.

I use jalbum since I don't program. This is one of the few skins that work in my blog format but I like it because it can handle odd cropping of images. <a href="http://jalbum.net/" target="_blank">http://jalbum.net/

Change.gov : New challenges, new opportunities | Change.gov: The Obama-Biden Transition Team

With the Obama administration coming in I am feeling energized. Even though the economy is bleak I am optimistic. I just hope that the economy doesn't get all the attention. A change in our health system is crucial. It is so all over the map now. I changed insurance and although I was approved I had to exclude several things to get in to the plan. I would have to pay extra just because I have migraines! But going beyond me we need a bigger focus on prevention. Reward people for making good decisions like stopping smoking, eating right and exercising. Like lowering insurance for those who work on getting better by changing their bad habits.
