I'll just add that I find it highly unlikely ACORN had a voter registration drive for Bush. Initially it wasn't so much that ACORN was an activist group, that's fine with the law. It's when they became highly partisan in the last election that things went foul of the intent of the law. Now, because of that spotlight, all the other stuff is coming out.
