Dem politicians looking for their base - not because they care, but because the continuation of their power depends upon the base being predictably in the same locale or political district. This is why Dems keep their base poor - so they can't afford to leave.

Unbelievable how the WI public employees unions are behaving - reminds me of small kids throwing a tantrum when they can't get their way.

Or rationing of health care which would eliminate the old, the disabled, or the vulnerable.

And then of course there are the "New Black Panthers" and the undeclared war on the State of Arizona.
