I have used the move of "putting a heel to concentrate the force on the soft bones on the top of the foot" on line jumpers and others who invade my space. It works. Oh man, does it ever work. I don't even bother to say "excuse me."

I would call it both rude and disorderly.

When a few – or even just one person -- choses to interrupt a speaker addressing a group of citizens at a planned event, then the heckler(s) are revoking the free speech of both the speaker(s) and the audience.

Free speech is a right, but it SHOULD NOT be awarded only to those with the loudest voice.

The heckler who is disorderly and interfering in the process of free speech for others should be shown the door -- either politely or forcibly.
