Ayn - look up some history. They DID start out to be secular, and inclusive. Arabs were invited to participate, given citizenship, allowed freedom of worship (there are many Mosques in Israel). Over 20% of the population of Israel is made up of Arabs. They even have Arab members of the Knesset (legislature). When their neighbors tried to wipe them out, and continue to try and send in bombers to randomly kill people on buses and in restaurants, they had to close their borders, and isolate their enemies, to protect themselves.
Isn't this the same PETA that euthansiases 97% of the animals in it's care - without even the pretense of trying to find any pets turned in to its shelters new homes? To PETA the only "free" animal is a DEAD animal. What I think is hilarious, is that Wikileaks had a campaign to collect donations for Bradly Manning's defense. They collected over $50,000, but it never got sent to Bradly's lawyers. It vanished (into Julian Assange's pocket).
Well, now we will see if Julian is a "journalist" like he claims, or just a wannabe anarchist. Journalists are quite willing to go to jail for their convictions. Whinny little publicity seeking anarchists are just looking for some spot-light.
