@Barry, No it does not come pre-installed on any phone. You need to download it from Windows Phone Marketplace.

@ben, What sort of error are you getting? It takes a little bit to load all the data but I'm not seeing any problems.

@Anthony, We can look into this, but is the friend in a different region where the game may be different?

Yes all games are listed in the Games Hub. You'll find the LIVE enabled games in the collection list and "other games" right below in the same list.

We don't have any breaking chages that I know of right now, however that doesn't mean we may not have one before the RTM. We try to limit them, but a CTP usually has no guarantee that it will work with the final version.

If we do have a breaking change we'll get info out on how to fix up your project to work!

We will have a story for deploying content to your device for development, however everything that consumers use or that you are sharing will be through Windows Phone Marketplace.

BTW... I appreciate the suggestion too!
