Perforce is commercial software. If you want to buy a license for Perforce, then I'm sure it's possible to set it up (assuming it's PHP / MySQL of course).
Subversion's free, and I can set you up as many repositories as you want...
Not exactly; after I posted this, I found that all the links were doing was appending the additional section of the URL to the end (so, for example, I was getting a URL like http://www.new.facebook.com/home.php/friends). Safari wasn't reproducing the problem.
When I checked it again the next day, it had sorted itself out - so wherever the problem was, it had obviously been fixed.
