So when do Asians get their affirmative action? I mean they're only 4.4% of the population and no talks about them getting affirmative action... because they don't need it. No race needs it. Simple US demographics will dictate that there will be more whites at an average job site by simple fact that they're 75% of the general population. My theory is that every race has an equal percentage of morons and people who do not give a crap, and people who do give a damn and bust their ass. No sense in "leveling the playing field".
