Well put! I think she'd been getting there as well. Think about the "I'm sorry but you must bump this" bit from As Fast As She Can. Was that not exactly something Barney would say? She's been moving toward that, but in classic Robin style, wasn't aware of it. It would've been weirder, and out of character, for her to have some heart-to-heart with Lily or Ted about it.

I don't think it matters. All that means is I can post my recap earlier and get to bed before midnight on Mondays!

I'd actually heard rumor of this but thought it was more likely going to push back in time. I just hope the earlier slot doesn't mean they have to stop pushing the envelope with content.
