You can accomplish a LOT if you keep people living in fear.

The last time I looked hotels and shopping malls are private property and the Feds have no authority. How do they plan to lawfully implement security -- or are they going to d what they always do and just seize control?

I have a concealed weapons permit in Florida. It is perfectly legal for me to carry my firearm into a hotel or shopping mall as long as it remains concealed and I am not asked BY THE OWNER to leave the premises with my weapon. So are the feds going to do as they always do and require private property owners to order lawfully armed citizens to leave the property or are they going to stand at the door and trample Florida laws by arresting me?

If it happened to you or me the cops would not take "not right now thank you" for an answer.

The most interesting part is that they seem to think that they have "an understanding" with the Attorney General that his investigation is a sham. I'd like to see more emphasis on that aspect.

Because Andrew, James and Hannah pose a threat to a very valuable arm of The Party apparatus. The Party will protect itself --- if they lose ACORN and things like it they'd be forced to try to win elections legally and they won't.

I hope that Andrew, James and Hannah (and their families) all have firearms and bodyguards ... I'd suggest putting all the materials in escrow with several reliable independent friends to be released in the event anything "untoward" happens to any of them.

I believe that is exaqctly the point. Some black student complains that "black or white" she does not represent the school (whatever that means) but if whites complain about Obama's socialist policies we're racists. Personally I don't care if Obama is white, black or green, I hate Marxism. But then I'm a racist since I'm not black.

This kind of stuff is OK, but as a white male if I say "black or white I don't like Obama's policies" I'm a racist.

Sure am glad Obama has moved us to a post-racial society.
