Obama does as he pleases, without the need for laws permitting corporate takeovers, or firing of corporate heads. No one mounts any serious opposition and the House and Senate haven't stopped any of his egregious acts. As we the people are without the means to stop him he is the very definition of a dictator.

And I stand by my assertion that he hates this country. Only someone who feels utter disdain or hate for our system would be this fast at attempting to dismantle it.
