It makes the deaths so much more effective and I really think that while the horror genre isn't known for having good character development that you'd think it would be reliant on it. Because if more horror movies did that than there'd be more to them than JUST seeing people die in gory ways. But when you care for them it makes the movie or whatever much more rewatchable. And it actually made me want to have sierra be the main character as shes a lot more interesting then echo. I hate to say it but its true. I will only start liking Echo when she fully becomes human and trys to escape the dollhouse though that may not happen I think it should. Ever since I started watching it last season I was expecting to see echo eventually escape and have it be about how she tries to avoid the dollhouse getting her but that definitely hasn't happened. But I almost think I'd be happier to see Sierra leave the dollhouse or maybe Sierra, Echo, and Victor escaping because ballord helped them or something. I don't know but I just want to see them eventually leave. My main problem with the theatre ending was when the girl has CGI on her face and her mouth opens up and the camera gos blank. I think that part keeps it from being set totally in reality. And it really freaked me out. Its definitely the 2nd scariest movie I've ever seen. I thought Blair Witch was scarier and heres why. My main problem with the movie and while it is minor it kept it from being just as scary if not scarier than blair witch. I didn't like how they used CGI at the very end with her mouth. Because it kept the movie from being set in reality for me. I think the thing that should've happened was instead of her doing that cgi thing at the end, I think she should've picked up the camera and banged it on the floor until it went out. But I was really scared by everything else. ESPECIALLY her standing for hours. One of my favorite scenes was when she just went downstairs it was just so eerie and then him going downstairs not knowing whats going on. It did remind me of blair witch ALOT not just because of the camera but because of the subtle creepiness of it. The thing that got me about Blair Witch was the ending it was done perfectly and Paranormals ending was pretty good too it just the mouth getting too big that kept it from being perfect. But I think whether or not you find Paranormal scary it is a really good movie and I liked it alot.
