Lots of people make choices that other people hate. That doesn't prove anything. And all the studies that I have seen have been inconclusive. Can you cite me any study that absolutely proves that gays are born that way? So where does sex come in. If orientation has nothing to do with sexual behavior, what stops pedophiles from claiming equality with gays and straights? If they never get physical, what does it matter if they fall in love with a child?

please, let's count how many people have died because they're gay versus people who've been killed for the color of their skin, affiliation w/ gangs, or for their religious convictions. did any of those protected latter groups fatality rate greatly decrease because a law was passed? No- you can believe passing some law gives you a right and more 'protection', but in reality we all know it will not because same sex relationships are not mainstream, never was, never has, and never will be because the Creator will never allow it- regardless of what mankind says, does, or condones.

Being born black or another racial minority is different than being gay. People are not born gay, they choose that sexual orientation by experimentation/introduction. People do not choose the color of their skin, but people choose their lovers- fat or skinny, tall or short, mean or nice, ugly or beautiful, etc. Saying people are 'born gay' would be the same as saying people are 'born murders, addicts, molestors, pedophiles, rapists, theives, nice, mean, etc'. Nobody accepts the latter argument, so why should the former be any different. There is no scientific proof that people are born gay, but I can tell you that I personally have a gay friend and she has an identical twin who is not gay. How do you explain 'the born gay' argument when these two twins have identical genes? There is only one rational explanation, being gay is a result from experience and environment, not a gene but rather a choice.
