Interesting, Ariel, what you mention about caffeine ... I'd also think it's a bit of a stimulant ... (the jittery & peeing are clear symptoms) ... and was just wondering if girls in the wrestling industry are ever tested for any stimulants (or steroids) as they do in other sports?

For myself, as I've grown older, I've been cutting down my coffee to only 1 in the morning & 1 early in the afternoon, and even tea (which also contains caffeine), as I've found that I sleep better at night ...
