He was making a joke mr. no sense of humor. Yes, the driver's name is in that after you read ~ 8 paragraphs down. The headline and most of the body of the report makes it seem the SUV did it, bad SUV!.

Typical AP lib reporter hate SUVs crowd. If it was a hybrid do you think the headline would have said "Hybrid strikes buggy" Nope.
