For any of you that were going to send Tea Bags to the President and congress on 1 April, save your tea. All envelopes that are rec'd at the Senate Bldg will be tossed, in the fear that it contains something lethal. So, the ones we want to target, won't even know the tea was sent. They won't even be counted! So, they can ignore the people once again!

I believe that within our Senate, there are honest responsible people. However, with position and power, they find how easy it is to become corrupt. It takes a couple of years to really take hold for most, some shorter when they have come from a place as corrupt as Chicago. therefore, I really agree with term limits. They are there long enough to get their work done but not long enough to do much damage....unless of course, you are president! We all know that 50 days in that office can make all the difference in the entire world.
Let's hope and pray that obama gets over his new found rock star status and starts considering the real needs of our country..or let's all work dilligently, starting now to kick his arrogant self out in 4 years!

obama NEEDS Geithner.....who else would continue The Chicago Way with him? As my old Daddy used to say, "These people are as crooked as a dogs hind leg"!

Not only that, but obama does not want anyone but Geithner. obama would have to find someone honest and not of the Chicago Way! But can Geithner stay? Everyone who has ever worked with him, even for a short time, hates him! He's a mister know-it-all and it's his way or the highway! He's a PIA fo his employees and this is why the rest of the Treasury placements are empty! NO SMART HONEST man will work for him!

I agree Barry...but WHO do we nominate? nancy and harry are the ones pushing obamas socialist agenda. Congress diffenately needs term limits.
We conservative Americans need to take our nation back...but who do we get to run? Everyone is afraid of the skeletons and the scandles, even though they might be lies, that the liberal press would dig up/make up about them, or make fun and take them out of context as they did Sarah Palin? Where do we find honest people who will run for office and not let the 'power' overtake their honesty? I can think of only a handful of people.
