I wasn't even running my game with Aion.exe. My game was totally clean with zero modifications. Nor I was using any proxy services like Gamepath and stuff.
I highly believe that we will get our accounts back or else NCSoft's reputation would be nyerked up pretty much. :P
Just imagine a MMORPG company banning thousands of innocent players and giving it back to them. What do you think other people will think?

It still works fine for me. Try to reboot your computer, check if XFire has overwritten the lines.

The idea of a huge player-moderated channel doesn't sounds that impossible, but we would need a more advanced private channel system with user management, the owner of the channel can give other players rights to kick, ban others from the channel.
Although there would be a lot of corruption and stuff like this. Still it's better this way than official ones without moderation.
