I made it through ten minutes of the Symmetry album. Do I hate it? No. Do I understand why anyone would buy it? No, again. I just hear boring riffs on someone's computer. I wish I *could* say I hated it because that would mean it elicited some kind of reaction from me. This was just....what, exactly????

I guess I'm older than I thought. I hope I live long enough to hear melody come back to music, preferably coupled with intelligible lyrics. I enjoy a catchy riff in Top 40 music as much as anyone, but God how I miss melody.
