Getting There - Didn't see where I could comment on transportation, so posting it here.
Nearest BART public transit station is 16th & Mission (somewhat of an iffy area, but at 8 am should be OK)... and it looks like San Francisco Muni Bus Line #33 travels east along 16th Street and stops at Potrero Avenue. Just a short 1 block walk to Trulia Intergalactic HQ.
Here's the google map link. http://tinyurl.com/n9uoql

A highlight of the year was being stumped as to what gift to give Carol this year.. because we give each other gifts throughout the year!
Real Estate funds our life, it is not our life (despite what NAR Commercials say)
So.. Some life adventures?
Travelling to Asia for a month with CyberStar Friends... and having my foot stepped upon by a baby elephant.

Coming back with from the trip realizing that everything I know is wrong. How refreshing.
Travelling to NYC to attend Christies Great Estates Meeting, seeing family, taking some wonderful photos, and getting to visit the top of the Waldorf Astoria. Photographing the plaque about Douglas Mac Arthur living there.
Going 155 days without a closing (not a typo - 5 months), then having one of the best business years of our lives... including selling 2 out of the 3 most expensive homes sold in Berkeley & Kensington in 2008.
Finishing another edition of my Nolo Press Book "How To Buy a House in California"
Installing metal railings on our front stoop.. which looks like they've been there forever.
Having a Thanksgiving Pie giveaway for our wonderful clients (Thanks to Leslie Mc Donnell Cyber Star & Brinton Star)
Having birthday dinner atop a 2 level red Route Master Bus in London (OK.. that was actually last year)
Some adventure photos:
