So true, I don't think it's self sabotage, its more about self limiting, once they reach the limit of where they imagine for themselves they thwart any further advancement.

Michael - You are totally right, most people don't' make it, but i think it's because they don't want to, they are "safe" and can't handle the stress of running in front.

Awesome, Thanks for the "find" to bookmark it it depends upon which browser you are using, but most have a button at the top that allows you to bookmark a site. Good luck and hopefully you come back often.

Alexa, has a lot to do with Advertising revenue, it's something prospective advertisers are going to look at to give them a sense of Value, plue it never hurts to have your ego stroked, now does it?
