I cannot get serious about Ron Paul BECAUSE of his foreign policy AND his supporters' manic wish to remain separate from the Republican party. Kristol is, then, correct. They bring nothing to the party if they are so busy tearing it down. This column is a good example. Much whining about Muslims and war, running up the minus numbers, indiscriminately calling other conservatives RINOs and neocons, etc. Paul has never done a thing to discourage this behavior, so there really is no difference between a union thug with a socialist agenda working for OweBlameA and a Paul supporter trying to shame Republicans into supporting Paul's flawed conservative agenda.

If they are true conservatives, I hope they stick around and gain some maturity and learn to work with other conservatives. If not, adios.
