We can not grow without pruning. There will always be pain , but it can only last so long , goodness will follow. The lord knows your heart , and he will provide. I am praying for you.

I really loved coming to skirts , I had as a child not had any , and for a great many years I did not wear then as an adult either I had been afraid to be feminine , it was really refreshing when I did. It was really like being a new person. I do although have some issues with the modest conceptions of shirts (I am a short sleeve / sleeveless person) because I work outside in heavy sun often. I have not come to understand the limits of modesty there. I am still studying on it.

I really think that clothing dosn't matter so much as a persons heart , that is what it means (to me) to be clothes in good works. - I really love your topics. I do.

If anyone refers to you as stupid or less intelligent , pray for them , because they are only reflecting their own inadequacies onto you. When someone insults another in that fashion they are only insulting themselves. That is what I have found. Pray for them as you would yourself , because they need god in their heart.

the pains you feel , its the wild heart , we all feel it , we all feel the shame , and the pain and the depth of it at some point , but not many people admit it. They cover it up in shame , and they pretend it dosn't happen. Really it seems to me just part of the process , I have a article on the taming of the wild heart that I wrote the other day , you can check it out , and when you need help I will always be here as much as I can.

God I believe is proud of us when our attempts are true and sincere , for he knows the state of your heart , and in the end , it is only he that matters. No one else opinion matters but god's. This earthly life is so inconsequential at times. That is my comfort when I feel as you describe. It took quite a while for me to cultivate the laid back attitude , i know it hurts. I do .

We are so unworthy of jesus and god's love , but if we always dwell on that it could come as an insult to HIM. Also if people are judging you based on income , they are not the people you should be around. But then again that is why I am a hermit , people of the world make me sick with their shallow behaviors , so I iolate myself. God can be a truly wonderful companion.

Don't feel so bad , we all suffer through this , some harder than other , in time you will pull through. Sometimes its just bad like a bad storm , but every garden in the world needs god's watering don't they ?

My email is happiyhiddenhermit@gmail.com if you would like to email , i really do understand exactly where you are. I want to help you as much as I can .

AH !! Stuff Purging , I have to do it , not quite as often as I used to , all I ever seem to buy are books. I wind up reselling them to half price books for a quarter of their worth.

There is something simply liberating about not having to be too responsible for to many things. Excellent post :)

I understand how it under submission , it was a very hard thing for me. The severe restraint and self control involved could be so cutting when I started. I try to keep my husband happy (and I have an unsaved husband at that). I do have my own income , but recently had to join our incomes. What you do as a mother is JUST as important as your HUSBANDS job. I had to realize this as well. Somehow I found the amount of self control issue became a CHALLENGE , and I was determined to win . I guess it's just how I deal with things.

It's wonderful to hear you. Thank you for sharing

I do a lot of stuff with herbs too , seems healthier to me over all. Have you ever heard of wild harvesting ? I wlid harvest as much as I can , may natural foods grow all around us that are totally healthy to eat , but much like herbalism , it takes and education to know what can be eaten. It also saves money . Free food in your backyard you never knew of :) If you have access to a library I would recommend this book - The Complete Guide to Edible Wild Plants, Mushrooms, Fruits, and Nuts: How to Find, Identify, and Cook Them (Paperback)
~ Katie Letcher Lyle (Author) .
