Burchwords : PrevX 3.0 Free Giveaway - Week 1 - Closed

I have a friend who's a software engineer. He's been trying to get me to buy Eset. He's been into computer programming since before the personal computer. My biggest problem is that I have issues with limited activations. I tend to reinstall my OS frequently. I recently upgraded my motherboard - reinstall XP. I then bought an e-sata hot-swap hard drive dock, but I installed my system with IDE and not AHCI, thus I need to reinstall XP again. See? I'm never satisfied. It's all a nightmare with software that constantly needs activations (and limits those activations.) It's gotten to the point that I simply do not reinstall the aps I've paid for. I just stop buying software that limits activation, or is stingy with extending activations. I did look into Prevx and it sounds dynamite, but they also limit activations to 3. That might take me through the one year subscription. Maybe not. I need to find out if Eset limits activations. Oh, and dude, you totally look like the cold fusion programmer at my previous place of employment! He was cool.

I'm currently disgusted with virus protections. They all seem too intrusive and run too many services in the background. I recently uninstalled my version of McAfee and I doubt I'll ever go back to Symantec. Is Prevx different than the others?

News From Antiwar.com : Bin Laden Threatens Americans in New Tape

Surely this is a jest. Bin Laden? No one actually believes that Bin Laden is anything more than a puppet on a string, do they? People still believe in "Emmanuel Goldstein," AKA the boogie man? Also, I'm with Mthie. I seriously (seriously) doubt that Bin Laden is still alive. I figure he's been dead for many years. C'mon, People, let's move on. Let's look a little deeper. Let's stop being naive. This is the 21st Century. We don't have to be deluded any longer. The information is out there. Turn off "American Idol" and do something your lives.
