If you don't disagree with same sex marriage for religious reasons, please let us know the real reason you hold that view. Why can a marriage only be between a man and a woman and not a same sex couple?

You seem to be making an idol out of marriage. Is your god not strong enough to understand the difference between your heterosexual marriage and a gay person's marriage?

I might have voted for Huntsman against Obama, but he wasn't conservative and didn't talk about god enough.

Personally, I think the world is getting better, although I would like to work on the environment and try to reverse the trend toward destroying it.

As I said in another post, why do you care? If you really believe that you're going to be raptured at some point, does it matter what happens here? Why don't you just let the secular folks make the laws and if we really do a bad job, maybe we'll blow the whole thing up and you can meet Jebus even quicker. Wouldn't that be great?

If you are strangers in a strange land, why bother trying to change its laws or have any effect on it at all? Is there a spot in your Bible that says, to stop people from enjoying their sinful lives? Sure, you can talk all you want, but leave the law making to the secular society.

If you really think that this world is going down the tubes, let it. Your salvation won't be affected in the slightest, right? Don't vote, say your piece to anyone you meet, then let God do the judging.

To me this world seems no different than if there were no God, and frankly there's nothing your god can do that I can't, so you might as well worship me.

Are you advocating that children should be allowed to have sex with adults? That's one thing I really don't understand about a lot of the "ban same-sex marriage" folks. They talk about pedophilia and polygamy as if someone is advocating that. If your entire argument is that God doesn't like homosexuality, then use that, but going for the slippery slope is ridiculous.
