I'm sure it'll be explained in the next episodes, and I have faith that the two of them won't end up together, but still... I think the high point of Stella and Ted was their first date (the quick one). Classic Ted. But leaving him at the alter puts her pretty low in my book. I was introduced to the show by watching a few episodes on a friend's computer with him, and that's how I introduced it to a good friend of mine, and she and I watch every new episode together. We make jokes relating to the show, understand all the callbacks, and just share the experience. It's become almost sacred to us. It's our thing. Say what you want about living in a material world, but this show does what it does because everyone behind it (writers, actors, etc.) is top notch, and they deserve the props.
