Interesting viewpoint about the scenario in China. It will be interesting to see how they evolve in this global economy where they will be (if they aren't already) the number one consuming country in the world. What is most fascinating here to me is seeing them overshadowing the U.S. as the leading consuming country. The U.S. being a free-market democratic republic and China being a 100% taxation (communism) country trying to have the best of communism and free-market systems. Let's see what happens! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Very good post! Thank you Celestine for this post!
We all run into difficult to deal with people almost everyday unfortunately. As a manager and leader within a Fortune 100 company, I've used many of the techniques mentioned in this post. What's helped me a large deal are books on Emotional Intelligence (EQ). There are many of these books, but my personal favorites are the one by Daniel Goldman. One in particular that falls hand in hand with this post is "Working with Emotional Intelligence".
The information on this post and the comments are great! Thanks everyone!
