I saw Buffet back in the early '80's (probably the height of his popularity) and his music and the parrotheads nearly bored me to tears. I am proud to say that in '88 (because the opening act they'd advertised for Buffet's show in Sacramento - Little Feat... the only reason we went... didn't play) I wrote Bill Graham Productions and demanded a refund. I not only received that, we got tickets and first class treatment to see Little Feat at the Fillmore a few weeks later. Jimmy Buffet sucks*... there, I said it. * although "Come Monday" is a damn good song!
