Let's tackle this one at a time. FIrst abortion. I hate to break this to you but even atheists admit that an preborn baby including embryos are still human. The last Christopher Hitchens said it best: "'Unborn child' seems to me to be a real concept. It's not a growth or an appendix. You can't say the rights question doesn't come up." On the flipside, you have less secular Republicans like Rudy Giuliani who are pro-choice but still are major players in the GOP. I've yet to see the Democrats produce any pro-life equivalent to a Giuliani.

Actually, if more Hollywood actors, filmmakers, and TV creators would focus on entertaining instead of always pushing liberal causes in their product (gay marriage, abortion, global warming, etc.), such discussions would be unnecessary. A great example is the late Whitney Houston who is admired by conservatives and liberals alike because she focused on being a superb singer instead of being political.

Please. The Left (a.k.a., modern liberals) are terrified of change because they ARE the new status quo. Anyone minority who dares to not blindly follow the Left gets attacked for being a freethinker. If a Black person believes in school choice and real marriage, the Left attacks. If a woman decides "pro-choice" means keeping the baby, the Left attacks. If a young singer like Kelly Clarkson thinks Ron Paul is better than Obama, the Left attacks,. If a lesbian like Jodie Foster decides to keep her sexual preference quiet, the Left attacks. If an entertainer like Bill Cosby says many of Black America's problems are NOT due to White racism, the Left attacks. If a comic book artist like Frank Miller doesn't blindly support OWS for its communism, the Left attacks. And so on. That is one of the best points of this article. Classic liberals respected individual freedom, including freedom of speech. The modern liberals of the Left believes that freedom is only granted to those who AGREE with them, which makes them as tyrannical as Nazis.
