USA Today had this:

"Alice, 17, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types. Off she runs, following a white rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, a place she visited 10 years before yet doesn't remember."

So it is a sequel of sorts.

Reboots show that they aren't doing much original stuff but reboots are inevitable. Studio's pay a lot of money for rights of properties and characters and they are going to use them rather than just let them sit collecting dust.

Batman and Star Trek have shown that reboots can actually turn out good. But then you have others that aren't that aren't so good. If they may make good reboots and give them care and attention I'm all for it.

He's busy with Green Lantern so he probably won't be back. I'd like it if he did direct though.

I wasn't a fan of the dramatic close up on Shia, but apart from that it was quite funny.

No it's live action. It's scanned from a magazine so it's not the best quality

Yeah he mentions the big battle between the humans and Na'vi. I can't wait to see that in 3D.

They did have faults I agree, and were not perfect by any means, but i'll take Singer over Brett Ratner any day.
