The American Communist Party wrote a document (if memory serves, circa 1920's) on how to conquer the USA and turn it Communist. Among other things, the document calls for (paraphrasing) "making blacks hate whites by convincing blacks that whites are the enemy and that only Communism can deliver blacks from under the heel of whites."

It's no secret that the new home of Communism in the USA is the so-called "Democrat" party. Looks like their plans to subjugate and punish whites under the heel of a Communist tyranny are proceeding apace. The black "civil rights" groups and black Islamic groups are breeding grounds for future American "Red Guards" who will terrorize whites into submission while "our" so-called "government" purposely looks the other way.
