I use Buzz a little but not as much as Twitter. I click over when It says 100+ lol I actually stopped following guys like Mashable that get a ton of comments because it was too much scrolling. In many cases I think the bloggers have found other ways to make money online and begin to realize that blogging takes up a lot of time with very little profit. I'm at that point right now. I make money in other areas yet blogging takes up the most time. I have too many blogs and may cut back to just one or two eventually.

Hi Mert, it's been a while. Great advice. Another benefit to commenting on other blogs in your niche is many of them will end up becoming online friends. Some will also visit your blog and comment too.

Wow, now that's what I call insight! I can't see a panel of marketers getting more from a TV program. Great job. The Nascar race is starting up right now. You could make an entire e-book or e-course on Nascar. I have never seen so much advertising in one spot. You just got a new subscriber.

MySpace was just passed by Facebook in traffic but both are frustrating to me. They seem like more trouble that they are worth with the silly apps and everything. Like you I thought that was all there was to social networking for a long time. Now I'm excited about the potential of social networking. It is time consuming but it can be a fun way of working. I think the hard part is going to be avoiding addiction for a lot of us. I know a few people that don't own a website yet stay on those sites all day long. Like you and Yan I love Twitter yet keep it small. I'm new to actually using it but I have limited time for it. In fact, that's how I found this post - a tweet from Ben Tremblay :)

Hey Ben, you should put your post pictures on the left side - joking ;) I completely understand where you are coming from. Some of it may be human nature. You know how all the kids want to be unique and different so they all get tattoos and piercings. Don't even get me started on the saggy pants lol They want to be unique yet they all dress and act the same? I guess the ones different are the ones that don't care what others think. It sounds like that's about where you are at. All in all I bet that attitude is better for business. It's certainly something to think about. Hey, why wasn't this post called '10 tips to be unique' ? lol
