I friend of mine, Dr. Brian Grossman, who is a professional speaker came to call expecting a "pitch fest" and after we started in he started saying "Wow...Wow...Wow...and picked up his pen and started taking notes. As we talked, he said he had never listened to a call on which he learned more.
