I don't consider a size 12 to be a plus size either. Hell, even a size 14 or 16 can be readily found in your average clothing stores. I am a size 22/24 and, like Sammy, am relegated to some dark, murky corner of the store to peruse through a few racks of clothing that are never as cute as I want them to be. Lane Bryant, although a beacon of hope for fatties everywhere, is outrageously over-priced. Do skinny people have to pay $30 for a t-shirt? Anyway, I hear ya, Sister Girl. Size 12 is average. Give me 3X or give me death.

You are absolutely right. On all counts. I am so over putting my life on hold. When I was younger, I would daydream and fantasize about how fantastic my life would be once I were this weight, or once I was this size. Pshaw! I wasted so much time. I am ashamed of myself, actually. But, there is no time like the present. I do what I want, when I want, no matter my size. I think my size is just right. If I were Goldilocks, I would choose me.
